Job Title: Mechanical Services Contract Manager
A busy Harlow based contractor is looking to employ a Mechanical Services Contract Manager with a good knowledge of pipework services, ventilation and Air Conditioning.
A good communicator and an understanding of working to specification drawings is desirable together with knowledge of Microsoft Office and associated packages.
The starting salary is £50,000 and is negotiable depending on experience, 5 weeks holiday, statutory pension, travelling expenses and free parking at the office site is also offered.
The position offers good promotion prospects.
