Head of Financial Reporting
Up to £53,765 (starting salary subject to skills and qualifications) plus Car Provision (£3,500 + 3% of salary)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high performing and motivated individual to join our client’s Operational Finance Team

As a Head of Finance Reporting, you will:
Lead the transformation of the budget and forecasting processes on their new MS Dynamics AX platform
Deliver timely monthly management accounts and other performance information to a range of stakeholders
Manage and motivate the accounts team, providing support and driving efficiencies
Lead the year end audit process and liaise with auditors
Their ideal candidate will possess excellent technical accounting skills and have a track record of getting the best out of their team.
As their Head of Finance Reporting, you will:
Identify strongly with their core values
Have strong experience of managing an efficient year end process
Possess excellent data manipulation and reporting skills
Have proven ability in business process improvement
