Build Recruitment are currently working with a G15 Housing Association in London to recruitment for a Senior Aftercare Officer.
MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE OR HAVE A 1 WEEK NOTICE PERIOD. Temporary contract (on going)
Key Responsibilities;
Attend home demonstrations as instructed by the Aftercare Manager and ensure residents understand how to get the best out of their new homes whilst taking sustainability into account.
Deliver home demonstrations to residents in new build properties across all tenures and all geographical areas, providing a daily on site presence on newly completed schemes, as directed by the Aftercare Manager.
Assist with any latent defects claims for the Development department, working closely with the Design and Technical Team as well as Senior Project Managers / Regeneration Managers
Attend resident sign ups with the Neighbourhood Manager, introducing yourself to every resident and explaining your role
The Candidate;
Demonstrate commitment to the principles of excellent aftercare service for customers
Experience in managing defects and contractor relationships
Able to travel to & between various sites throughout the Catalyst area of operations
You'll deliver easy, reliable, empathetic service to your internal and external customers, by seeking to understand fully your customers' needs, identifying and working to remove pain points, and always doing what you say you will
