The successful candidate will assist line managers with the development of job descriptions and person specifications. Oversee the vacancy section of the Company website to ensure it is kept up-to-date with all current job vacancies. Write and place job adverts both internally and externally. Liaise with recruitment agencies to source candidates and arrange interviews. Review application forms and assist with the selection process, co-ordinate the entire recruitment process to include scheduling interviews, provide support to the interviewing panel and ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process. Prepare HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts of employment and inductions. Support line managers with probationary and appraisal processes to ensure that all are completed within the agreed timescales. Organising training courses with colleges and training providers. Preparation on paperwork for Line Managers for disciplinary and grievance meetings, attend and take accurate notes. Maintain HR systems and databases (using Excel and Word)
