Orwell Housing Association is currently going through a period of exciting growth and transformation which will support our vision to provide a customer centric housing, support and care service which puts the ethos of ‘Together we make a difference’ at the centre of what we do. We are agile and flexible and we have a dynamic, talented and focused board that has the appetite to challenge and drive the business plan at pace and an executive team with the skills and ability to deliver this.
Our Board are seeking to recruit new motivated and committed board members to work with them and Executive.
We would like attract applicants who have skills and background experience in Property, Audit and Risk, Governance, Development, Care & Support and Legal Services and an understanding of the business operating environment. We would also particularly like to attract applicants who live within the areas we serve – Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridge.
