Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a passionate, experienced individual to work alongside children and young people with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) on a part time basis. This is an increidbly flexible role so will be ideal for those looking to slow down their work load and work on a more casual basis, whilst stil earning a competitive pay rate of GBP57-GBP65 per day. The role is to work with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilites, so experience working with with SEND is desired. You will be working alongside young people with a range of SEND and therefore have the following difficulties:

Difficulties with reading, writing and comprehension
Unable to understand and retain basic mathematical skills and concepts
Limited vocabulary and communication skills
Short attention span
Under developed co-ordination skills
Lack of logical reasoning
Inability to transfer and apply skills to different situations
Have difficulty remembering what has been taught
