Job Description

Core responsibilities include:

  • Conducting management consulting activities on Client site (including project management, business analysis and testing tasks)
  • Accurate scoping, costing, and scheduling of client projects
  • Design and execution of consulting engagements with third parties, including preparation and presentation of engagement materials
  • Identifying and reporting risks within engagements in addition to sharing any issues and updates with other members of the team
  • Reviewing active opportunities, suggesting ideas on improving engagement productivity and finding opportunities for strengthening client service
  • Communicating clearly and expertly, and coordinating effectively across diverse client partners and groups.
  • Planning and monitoring EMEA Professional Services strategic priorities
  • Driving strategic development of the Broadridge Professional Services brand and operating model in the EMEA region and across the organization
  • Actively participating in people leadership and development through coaching and mentorship

You will have knowledge and experience in a number of the following areas:

  • Project governance, with a validated ability to co-ordinate and deliver across all stages of a project lifecycle
  • Business analysis, with experience writing Business requirements and exposure to functional specifications and other project documentation
  • Consulting skills that include senior partner management and influencing skills, proven with both clients and colleagues
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex problems and frameworks at all levels
  • Collaborative, and reciprocal - a great teammate
  • Strong ability to problem solve quickly and expertly, and deliver quality output
  • Systems and product development lifecycle knowledge is desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (ability to build formulas and to analyze data)
  • A strong academic record, including a University degree or relevant experience
