The ideal candidate will have held a Quantity Surveyor position or intermediate Quantity Surveyor role wanting to make the next step in their career. They will have experience in the commercial, housing association and local authority sectors. Experience with both lump sum and schedule of rates contracts, including M3NHF, bespoke and NSR would be beneficial.
Role:
The candidate will have responsibility for all commercial activities within the area, including,
* Building up and submitting tender prices
* Measurement of works
* Agreeing interim and final accounts
* CVR production and monitoring
* Cost control
* Procurement
* Production of direct labour targets
* Engaging sub-contractors and agreeing prices
* Adhering to commercial processes
* Achieving invoicing and debtor day targets
* Producing robust monthly P&L staging's
* Produce commercial reports
Role:
