Do you have fine dining Chef de Partie experience? Our Client's small luxury Hotel in Ambleside, Lake District is looking a new team member.

You will be part of a small team of friendly staff that deliver excellent customer service in beautiful surroundings.


The Chef de Partie role:

* Skill and passion for using fresh ingredients

* Produce high quality food to the set menu

* Willingness to achieve your best

* A good attention to detail

* Excellent standards of health and hygiene are kept

The successful Chef de Partie will have:

* Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role

* Experience in a high volume kitchen

* Great cooking ability

* Thrive in the busy kitchen environment

* A great personality

* Own transport or live onsite
