Sales Administrator (Order Processor)
DN9 (Salary Negotiable)
My Client, a well-established Manufacturing Company in DN9 are super excited to announce that they are looking for an experience Sales Order Processor to join an existing team. This role would definitely suit you if you have experience in processing Sales Orders, generated by email, website and telephone. Working knowledge of an internal CRM system is essential for this role too and the ability to raise purchase orders.
Your duties will include, but not limited to;
Maintaining stock levels, and reporting on any shortages, damages and delivery delays
Liaising with suppliers, and setting customer expectations
Great attention to detail
Work with other Departments to ensure reports are correct, to send over to accounts for invoicing
Strong MS packages knowledge/experience (Word, EXCEL, Outlook etc)
Customer focused and the ability to problem solve
Answer any general enquiries relating to products and availability
Excellent Telephone manner and customer service skills
Enter new order on the systems ensuring all details are correct
Ability to communicate at all levels
Prioritise workload ensuring large lead in time for certain products are met.
