As Head of Property Management, youll be running your own Property Management Centre. Your enthusiasm and genuine passion for what you do will be instrumental in pushing your management and leadership skills to the max. You will inspire your team leaders and property managers to be the best that they can be.

You will already have people management experience, so youll know the importance of valuing and trusting everything that your team leaders do. Have faith that they will do a fantastic job; just like you do.

Youll stay well connected with local branches, suppliers and lettings support centres; because your relationship building skills are first class. This means youll have eyes and ears everywhere; because youve gained trust from colleagues, clients and stakeholders alike due to your confidential, ethical and professional approach.

Youll need to be strong and confident, leading by example, with an authoritative nature. Because youre so immersed in Property Management and customer service, it will be second nature to motivate your staff and analyse/boost morale when needed.

Youll act like a fountain of knowledge to the rest of your team - youll have an in depth and intricate knowledge of housing legislation and regulations; backed up by years of experience.

Youll need to understand and interpret the business planning process, financial and risk management, organisation values and structure and the range of services available to customers; as well as organisational performance management systems and how the roles and responsibilities contribute to the achievement of the overall business objectives. So your logical and analytical thought processes will really come into their own.

By now, you will have mastered the art of spinning multiple plates, and if something urgent pops up and throws you off track - but this wont phase you; youll grab it and run with it! In turn, youll be able to identify when others arent managing their time effectively, implementing 1-2-1s and conducting performance reviews for each Property Manager and Team Leader.

People management and performance reviews really are your forte, and youll have a good knowledge of HR Processes and have honed great interview skills. You realise the importance of developing and creating an excellent team around you.

In a nutshell, the successful candidate will:

- Ideally have at least 5 years experience within the property industry
- Have managed people and teams successfully
- Have a proven track record in delivering great customer service
- Dynamic team player and motivational manager
- Resilient and positive attitude
- Full driving licence
