Our client based in Swansea is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Specialist to join their growing organisation.
Working closely with brokers and intermediaries, you will build and maintain relationships, presenting comprehensive commercial mortgage applications to lenders for approval, managing each case through to completion, handling inbound marketing related calls, liaising with clients and providing a full and comprehensive service.
This Commercial Mortgage Specialist role would suit individuals that have worked within a financial service environment previously, or individuals that have undertaken CEMAP qualifications looking for their first step in to a mortgage linked role. You will have strong communication and organisational skills along with with the ability to work to deadlines and have a good attention to detail.
