Production Operative.

We are currently looking for Production Operatives to join our client based on the outskirts of Launceston.

Our food production client is passionate about what they do and has a desire to create better food naturally. They are looking for candidates to support them in delivering quality, value and success.

The role will include handling of fresh meat, in a factory environment, learning the skills and trade to prepare raw meat ready for sale, while following strict health and hygiene practices.

About You.

You should be dedicated, reliable and driven.
Have a desire to learn and train.
Want to progress into a career.
Prepared to handle raw meat.
Able to work in a chilled environment at times.
No experience of handling raw meat is necessary.
Open to all skill sets as full training program is provided including a mentor.
The Package.

Full time.
Monday to Friday.
5:45am-2:15pm.
GBP8.21+ depending on experience.
Pay rise after successful training completion at 8 and 12 weeks.
A great bonus structure..
Training and development opportunities.
Onsite parking.
The location is rural so own transport is desired.
Opportunity for an immediate start.
Please see below the training structure;
The structure and training for this role is as follows.

First 4 weeks.
You will be given the opportunity to learn in a dedicated training room.

4-8 weeks.
Once trained you will progress to the pace line, at this point you will learn to increase timings.
Wages will increase.

8-12 weeks.
You will then be taken back to the training room to diversify your knowledge and learn 4-6 additional skills to include a wider range of specifications.
At this point you will be eligible to receive the bonus structure and will be considered for further progression onto a more complex line of work.

12-20 weeks.
During this time your will be allocated into a training room in order to progress with new skills and learning development. You will be allocated a mentor for this period and once week 20 has been completed successfully your wages will increase with enhanced bonus opportunities and further career opportunities.
