Duties and Responsibilities
•To ensure Right to Buy sales completed within legislative timescales
•All non-property assets records are up to date
•Shop rents are paid when due or appropriate recovery action taken in line with approved procedures.
•Provide information and advice to customers and administer applications relating to the Right to Buy (RTB) and Right to Acquire (RTA) schemes ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and good practice.
•Organise valuations and surveys in relation to RTBs and RTAs.
•Provide legal support for leasehold properties, shops and commercial premises and CPSE enquiries.
•Respond to requests for disposals of land and assets and ensure that these are made in accordance with the Company disposals policy.
•Provide full administration support, including instruction to solicitors, valuers and surveyors, in respect of sales and disposals of Company properties and assets and obtain any appropriate internal and external consent.
•Respond to legal queries from staff, customers and third parties and act as a point of contact with Company and customer solicitors in respect of land law-based transactions.
•To support and administer internal leaseholder systems
•To develop and maintain databases for land/property occupation and maintain filing archives as required.
•Enter information on to computer systems to ensure all records are accurate and up to date. Retrieve and work with such information as required.
•Handle general enquiries and give assistance and information to tenants by telephone, at the customer service counter or at the homes of tenants.
•Assist in checking and processing invoices.
•Deal with incoming and outgoing mail including e-mails
•Arrange appointments and assist with arranging meetings.
•Contribute to the development of service delivery in all areas of work, ensuring quality of service is maintained at all times.

The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from the date of their creation or after the date on which we last provide work-finding services. Where applicable, we must also keep payroll records, holiday pay, sick pay and pensions auto-enrolment records for as long as is legally required by HMRC and associated national minimum wage, social security and tax legislation.
As an individual, you have several rights in respect to the processing of your personal data, all of which can be reviewed on our website.
