Land Buyer - Housebuilder
Location: West Midlands
Salary: Dependent on experience, plus benefits
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Kendrick Homes Ltd is a high quality and select residential developer that focuses on small to medium sizes development in select areas. This is a substantial privately owned builder with a respected reputation established in 1880. There is a comprehensive in-house design team and support staff.
Land Buyer Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Develop new contact/ agents
- Produce in depth appraisal incl. market research on sales and comparable evidence including yellow folder for director sign off
- Negotiate RSL sales and section 106 deals
- Initial CDM assessment
- Fortnightly update meeting and report
Land Buyer Requirements:
- Experience in Land Acquisition and proven record of acquiring development sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good negotiation skills
- Driven
- Self-Motivated
