Key Responsibilities???
* To sell properties quickly and efficiently, it's as simple as that!
* Through knowledge of the local area build business reputation through marketing, social media, local events, and sheer determination.
* To provide an exceptional customer experience, without question the most important responsibility!
* Gain Property instructions and when possible referrals to the other strains of the business
* Work with your sales team to ensure smooth process from the start.
* Be sales orientated in your approach
* Chase sales through to exchange
To be successful in the role???
* Currently working as a Negotiator or in an estate agency role.
* Have own vehicle and driving licence
* Be flexible on your working hours
