The Sales Support Manager role:

+ Accountable for the internal sales team and administration functions to support the sales department
+ Manage, coach and lead the internal sales admin team to produce quotations and support the external sales managers
+ Monitor and maintain the quality of work being issued and ensure accuracy
+ Lead, train and manage sales team on the ERP/CRM system
+ Continually finds ways to innovate and improve team efficiency by reviewing and improving processes
+ Ensure that when the volume increases, head count doesn’t
+ Provide Sales Director with daily, weekly, monthly reports to show critical numbers, KPIs, margins
+ Lead the daily huddle to check in on progress to our goals and to highlight any roadblocks to remove
+ Review and report on stages of the sales funnel and pipeline
+ Update sales reports and manage team/personal incentive programmes
+ Implement and monitor Net Promoter Score
+ Provide admin support for Sales Director and sales team on organising events, presentations, activities
+ Update and search planning portals for new developments
+ Monitor Construction Newsletters to help capture leads
+ Update case study templates with project details
+ Compile quarterly review results and feedback scores
+ Continually review the sales processes to drive efficiency
+ Train new staff on new products and set up sales processes for new customers, products etc

About You:

+ An excellent leader
+ Previous experience managing an office sales team
+ Highly organised
+ Innovative around systems and administration
+ Ability to manage deadlines and time scales for their department
+ Ability to provide updates and reports on the overall sales function
+ CRM systems experience
