Your Role

As a Business Administrator, you’ll be making an important contribution to the smooth running of our client’s office.

You will report to the Operations Manager and will get involved in a wide variety of support and administrative activities, equipping you with a huge number of new skills that will lead to an engaging and rewarding career.

Specifically, you will:

- Answer the phone
- Manage the mail
- Scan and file paperwork
- Oversee stationery and catering supplies
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Maintain client records

About You

To be considered as a Business Administrator, you will need:

- A good standard of qualifications to at least GCSE level
- A confident telephone manner
- A reasonable level of IT literacy, especially with Microsoft Office applications

A-Level standard qualifications (or equivalent) would be beneficial to your application.
