ABC Teachers, part of Tes, is looking to appoint a Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our successful supply team and work in a local primary school in Dudley. This Teaching Assistant (TA) role is due to commence as soon as possible on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Working as part of a dynamic and creative team, the successful Teaching Assistant (TA) will focus on delivering outstanding practice and provide general classroom support.

Requirements:

To be considered for this Teaching Assistant (TA) position, you will:

Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning
Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups to boost attainment
Have experience of working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs
Have an ability to meet the pupil's individual needs in a busy classroom environment
Have a positive approach to working with pupils, demonstrating a can-do attitude
Have the ability to organise and prioritise own workload whilst working alone or as part of a team
Have highly developed organisational skills and high personal standards
Have a dynamic personality with the ability to demonstrate drive, passion and enthusiasm
