Head Chef
We are looking for a Head Chef to run an Inn in Hambledon, Godalming, Surrey.
The Merry Harriers is a busy location providing all fresh food. We are looking for a Head Chef to make it their own with an emphasis on local, fresh produce, providing high quality pub food with a difference.
The property has 9 beautiful rooms and 5 Shepherd's Huts, which are a unique selling point for the area.
HACCP Level 3 and Basic Food Hygiene Level 3 required.
Would suit a strong Sous Chef looking for their 1st Head Chef position.
The role is full time and is beginning late October/early November.
