Digital Customer Services Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor
Salford, Manchester
£15,370 - £20,331 per annum
Full Time, Permanent
35 hours per week to work shifts
(8am – 6pm Mon – Thurs and 8am–5pm on Friday)

We want to deliver services that are easy to use and reliable and we’re looking for an excellent communicator to join our customer service and support team to help us achieve this!
We want to provide a fantastic experience when customers access our services and contact us online. So, we’re looking for someone with great customer service skills and tonnes of enthusiasm, who is experienced in managing live chat, responding to emails and social media communications. Someone with a positive attitude, great digital skills and a chatting and helpful approach.
