What will I be doing?

As a Canteen Team Leader, you’ll produce and serve high-quality food and ensure the canteen performs at its best.

Working with colleagues to plan menus, you’ll deliver a range of hearty dishes.

Ensuring that Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations are followed, you will:

- Motivate and lead the Catering Team
- Plan staff shifts and rotas
- Order ingredients as required
- Prepare and serve dishes
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction
- Manage the canteen budget

What do I need?

To be considered as a Canteen Team Leader, you will need:

- Previous catering and/or team leadership experience
- A passion for food
- Numerical skills
- A positive attitude
- Great communication and team-working skills

A Food Hygiene certificate would be beneficial to your application.

Our client wants to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Catering Team Leader, Catering Supervisor, Canteen Supervisor, Hospitality Team Leader, Assistant Catering Manager, or Senior Canteen Assistant.

This is a full time role, working 7:00 – 15:30, Monday – Friday.
