The Role

As a Paralegal, you will provide a high level of support to our Social Housing Property Team. 

You’ll help with a broad range of matters, such as:

- Undertaking searches
- Communicating with clients and third parties 
- Making Land Registry applications 
- Dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax returns 
- Carrying out legal research 
- Drafting basic sale and purchase documents 

About You

To join us as a Paralegal, you’ll need: 

- A genuine interest in property law 
- A flexible approach 
- The ability to work well as part of a team 
- Great organisational skills 

An A Level or degree in a law-related discipline would be beneficial, but this is not essential. Some previous legal work experience would also be an advantage. 

Other companies may call this role a Conveyancing Paralegal, Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, Conveyancing Assistant, Conveyancing Administrator, Legal Assistant, or Legal Administrator.
