We all know how hard this industry can be. Chef's are in a higher demand than ever, shifts are getting longer and teams are getting smaller. My clients recognise that industry is changing and making sure you are well looked after.
Shifts can vary between 4-5 a week (3 days off!) and you won't be working more than 48 hours a week.
