Recruitment Account Manager required to float between our on-site contract based in Corby and support our Leicester branch also. You will be responsible for the support and management of the temporary workforce, ensuring the contract is running efficiently and attending regular meeting with managers to review service levels. Fluency in Romanian would be advantageous.
Basic salary up to GBP25k (DOE) + Car Allowance, 28 days holiday plus further benefits
The Role:
* Responsible for the recruitment and management of the temporary workforce
* Attending client meetings and agreeing action points
* Manage weekly payroll
* Working with our EU branches to ensure skill set of client requirements is filled
* Representing the client and company brand in a professional manner
* Translating documents
* Communicating important information to our EU workers on shifts, pay and contracts
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience of working within the recruitment industry
* Experience of working in a client facing role
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to work to deadlines
* Fantastic customer service and account management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good personal and relationship building skills
