Residential Site Manager
ITS Construction are currently recruiting for various Residential Site Manager positions for potentially ongoing work to start immediately in Cardiff! The clients are by in large national residential contractors who have several projects due to start on site across South Wales. Given that there are several job opportunities available for clients with high working standards, the appropriate candidate will have qualitative experience working on huge residential builds, be accustomed with internals, externals and know how to run an effective site in every aspect.
Ideally, the client is searching for a Site Manager who has acquired the practical knowledge and technical expertise to fully deliver a program of works and work with senior management team to deliver some key projects in time, under budget and to a high standard. A degree background or trades background is preferencial.
Necessary Qualities:
* Hold CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifcates.
* Have experience working with main contractors.
* Experience as lead manager on major residential sites.
