Our client is the UK's largest independent estate agent with a network of over 100 branches. Due to continued growth and success they are now looking for a Residential Branch Manager in their Exeter branch.

My client is an ever-growing group of Estate agents established since 1989 and now with over 2,000 employees nationwide, they for looking to expand by hiring a Residential Branch Manager in Exeter.

Your main responsibilities will be the development of the branch and it's continued success by, supporting the team of negotiators and sales staff to ensure they meet and exceed their targets, setting sales KPIs and actively motivating and contributing to their development.

Role & Responsibilities

- KPI and budget reports

- Run morning meetings

- Development of sales team

- Plan, measure and review branch operations

- Manage day to day running of branch

- Branch strategy management

Skills & Experience Required

- 3 years' experience in a Residential Sales office

- Experience managing a team

- Evidence of commercial understanding

- Demonstrable track record of managing a successful and profitable branch
