The newly refurbished luxury hotel and restaurant, located on the outskirts of Newmarket, requires a professional and hands on individual who is confident in leading the team under pressure.

?? Preparing seasonal ingredients
?? Cooking and plating high quality dishes
?? Stock control and management
?? Designing seasonal dishes
?? Ensuring hygiene standards are maintained at all times
?? Managing and mentoring junior kitchen staff
?? Acting as Head Chef in their absence
The successful candidate will be highly talented and creative with previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining kitchen.
