Resident Liaison Officer (Fire)

MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer (Fire) on a temporary contract in London.

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of Fire Works Programmes. Working closely with Contract Managers you will assist in resident consultation and involvement.

Responsibilities:
Develop positive relationships with tenants and contractors to provide accurate information in order to support works programmes
Encourage community / resident engagement through open days, drop in sessions, home visits etc.
Monitor tenant satisfaction, ensuring SLA's are met through complaints handling, surveys
Assisting in decanting processes

Ideal Candidate:
Present previous experience of working within Social Housing or Local Government in a Resident Liaison/Community Engagement capacity
Working knowledge of fire safety is desirable
Tenancy management experience is desirable
Experience of supporting major works programmes
Experience of handling challenging and complex situations
An effective communicator at all levels, you will be able to work proactively and independently to deliver on tight timescales
