Main duties and responsibilities:
The IT Department provides support for all the internal IT systems, services, hardware and software. In this role you will be responsible for the IT infrastructure both hardware, software on client and server equipment and ensuring tickets & tasks on the IT helpdesk are completed for swift resolution within company SLA's. You would be required to join the out of hours team to remotely support the staff at weekends on a rota basis.
Skills and attributes:
??A minimum of 2 years 1st \ 2nd line IT support experience
??Hands on strong technical experience
??Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange online skills
??Excellent Networking skills (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Firewalls, switch management)
??Credible knowledge/experience of supporting Microsoft operating system Server\Client, servicing / maintenance and troubleshooting
??Working knowledge/experience in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online administration
??Credible knowledge of networking TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLans, VPN and HP Aruba switches Sonicwall firewalls and Wireless Access Points
??Credible knowledge/experience of supporting Active Directory, Group policies
??Working knowledge of backup solution/systems
??Literacy in English and Maths is essential
??Experience working in ITIL Service Desk / environment
??Good working knowledge of telecommunication including VOIP fixed and mobile
??Working knowledge or experience in supporting virtual infrastructure and systems namely Hyper-V
??A passion for all things Technology

??Ability to manage own workload and meet strict deadlines as well as to work in a team
