Joshua Robert Recruitment is representing an entrepreneurial property organisation in the Worcestershire region with a rapidly expanding client portfolio and team. The business is currently seeking to add a motivated Building Surveyor to lead a team of 5, adding value and providing strategic direction.
The role will be responsible for leading, developing and inspiring a growing team whilst remaining focused on delivering a high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading a team of Building Surveyors to deliver a high-quality building surveying service to a wider range of clients. You will determine requirements and will ensure the delivery of a programme of building and property related projects offering technical building advice to clients and to other internal teams.
To be considered, you will need to be a Chartered Surveyor with a proven track record of performing in a building surveying role. You will be an excellent communicator with experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing your own workload to meet key deadlines.
