Salary: GBP17734 per annum plus salary increases with progression plus bonus plus excellent benefits
Hours: Full time Mon-Friday
Location: South Cerney, Glos
Skills & experience: Office administrative experience required and proven experience of dealing with people over the telephone. Financial Services experience desirable
Qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent including Maths and English
Financial Services qualifications desirable
The Applications Administrator will work as part of a busy team, in a varied role, providing administrative and customer services support for customers and Intermediary partners.
The Applications Administrator will manage an allocated workload of applications, carrying out quality and compliance checks and undertaking data entry, data amendments, and contractual administration and contractual amendments.
The Applications Administrator will manage all requests for additional information expediting information from various professional sources via email and telephone and recording all information requested ensuring that, once received, it is forwarded to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
The Applications Administrator will act as a point of contact for the department with regard to external queries from customers and Intermediary partners and internal queries.
To be successful in the role the Applications Administrator will maintain accuracy and confidentiality of information, will be self-organised to competently manage a workload and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast paced working environment.
