Service/Location: Aspens - Finch House Cornford Lane, Pembury, Kent, TN2 4QU

If yes then this role as a Night Support Worker at Aspens - Finch could be the role for you!

This role is 4 nights on and 4 nights off from 21:15 to 07:45.

We are looking for support workers who want to be part of a team with a real family feel in Finch our home away from home!

We support 7 individuals with Autism and learning disabilities two of whom are non-verbal. Some of the service users have epilepsy and can also sometimes display behaviours that challenge.

You will be expected to do the ironing and various cleaning duties during the night as well as keeping regular checks on the service users.

You are expected to complete personal care and breakfast for 1 gentleman who rises early then feed the cat.

There is a sleep-in staff as well so you will never be unsupported.

The ideal support worker should be able to work as part of a team, be confident, caring, able to assist with recording finances, medication & writing and recording daily information. Drivers are preferable due to location

Pay and Benefits

Hourly rate of GBP9.36 per hour
