Sales and Service Agent - German speaker

Sales and Service Agent- German Speaking- German speaker Required for this well known niche tour operator based in South West London. They are looking for a travel consultant or customer service agent with a travel industry background who speaks fluent German and will pay around GBP21,000 + bonus and benefits for this Monday to Friday position.

Sales and Service Agents, German Speaking Duties:
-Answer incoming customer sales and service communications, including telephone calls, emails, and letters, from German direct customers
-Manage personal workload, ensuring all potential sales opportunities are followed up
-Maximise revenue and margin from all sales opportunities
-Results focused; achieve pre-defined sales and service targets
-Provide exceptional service, ensuring every customer is offered the right products for them
-Process bookings, including contact with overseas suppliers
-Assist with all post-sale booking issues related to your bookings including handling customer complaints
-Work closely with your sales and operations colleagues, to resolve all customer service issues
-Involvement in Marketing activities including writing blogs and translating website content

Sales and Service Agent, German Speaking- Skills Required
-Travel industry experience is a must be it in reservations or Customer services
-Fluent German is a must
-Strong sales and customer services skills
