We are working with a reputable and forward thinking Chartered Surveying practice with a strong market presence across Herefordshire who are now looking for a Chartered Rural Surveyor to join their team.
Acting on behalf of a range of clients you will be responsible for providing day to day and strategic management of rural portfolios throughout the region. Providing rural professional advice across a range of matters including landlord & tenant, valuations, planning, development, BPS & Stewardship schemes.
To be considered you will need to be an MRICS surveyor, with experience operating in the rural / agricultural sector. It's important you have a proactive approach to work and a willingness to get involved in strategy by putting forward ideas.
In return you will receive a very competitive salary + package, you will be working within one of the regions most successful practices with a clear and defined route to equity partner for the right individual
