Shift Production Operators

Wolviston Group are recruiting for several permanent Shift Production Operators on behalf of our client Dupont Teijin Films (DTF), Dumfries.

DuPont Teijin Films is the world’s leading differentiated producer of PET and PEN polyester films. Over 2,000 people work with them around the world while, in Dumfries, the team operate two manufacturing plants producing polymer and film for a wide range of markets and applications.

As a Production Operator you will work as part of a team responsible for the operation of our speciality production lines at optimum output and efficiencies with minimum downtime, whilst ensuring you comply with all safe systems of work and product is manufactured to meet quality standards and
production schedules.

Minimum Requirements:
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Level 5 qualifications in relevant subjects
• Experience in manufacturing, GMP, or working in clean room/laboratory environments and an
awareness of quality and hygiene systems would be an advantage
• Familiarity in use of computers and Microsoft applications
• Technical aptitude to set up process equipment and resolve process problems
• Good analytical skills
A 3-stage interview process will be involved.
