With over 12,000 square metres of space at their facility in Tockwith, they have the ability to deliver projects at a broad range of scale. The Machining Department produces a wide variety of parts and components in support of the diverse projects the company undertakes.

As a CNC Programmer / Operator, you will be responsible for producing both 3 and 5 axis router programs using Alphacam software and operating 3 axis and 5 axis router machines. The current programming software is Alphacam 2020, the working files are DXF, IGS, STP and STL and the machines operating are Record 125, Record 240, Routech Chronos and CMS Poseidon.

Reading and understanding engineering drawings and working with a wide variety of materials including woods, plastics, foams and model board, you will check that completed work meets specifications and standards and problem solve whether programming or operating machinery.

With a thorough knowledge of programming and operating 3 axis router and machines and programming and (ideally) operating 5 axis router and machines, you will have previous CNC programming and router machine operating experience and be able to work with a variety of materials.     

Working hours: 7.30am - 4.00pm with regular overtime, weekend work may be required
