Our client is a global business with a family heritage. The company supplies over 10,000 products covering fancy dress, wigs and make up through a network of independent retailers, wholesale, national accounts and direct to consumer through a strong web presence. They have a fantastic team environment where hard work and innovation are central to their way of working.

They're looking to recruit two Amazon Sales Administrators to join them to manage new product content and image upload and support item management and updates.

The positions will report to the Amazon Manager and this role is seen as a vital part of the company’s future development.  Learning all areas of Amazon Vendor Central (VC) and Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), you must ensure that all pricing is up to date (uploading new pricing where necessary) and liaise with external Amazon specialist consultant company to ensure that they have key data to develop content and marketing plans. 

You must also manage customer service complaints, sales reporting at territory level and develop and set up marketing campaign information; working closely with the Amazon Manager to manage stock planning and updating obsoletes and ensuring info on Vendor Central is up to date.

A flexible and practical approach to task completion and problem solving and a strong attention to detail are essential requirements.   With a good knowledge and understanding of Excel including vlookup and pivot tables, you will be a fluent Spanish speaker (fluency in German is also desirable).

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a real impact within this part of our Amazon team as we continue to grow and develop into new territories.  Ideal candidates will be seeking a new challenge within an expanding area of our organisation.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm.
