Salary: GBP30,149 to GBP31,760
Job Description:
The Human Resource Manager supports Districts and Departments by promoting a partnership culture of consistent, professional HR support with continuous improvement across the Service. You will be responsible for providing consistent expert advice, guidance and support to operational Line Managers, Middle and Senior Managers in relation to complex people management issues - particularly through handling specific case work.
You will be called on to deal with discipline, fairness at work, attendance management, resourcing, performance management and employment relations matters.
The role holder must have a degree or equivalent level qualification, in addition to chartered membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD). You must have two years of general experience in a multi-disciplined HR role, including practical application of:
• employment legislation
• employee relation policies and procedure
• developing and coaching managers
• HR case work
• supporting change implementation.
You must be computer literate and hold a full driving license that enables you to drive in Northern Ireland, and a car available for official business use or access to a form of personal transport.
