Purchase Ledger Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time (16 hours) Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our team.
Reporting to the Company Accountant, you will enter purchase invoices onto the accounting system, generate payment runs, send cheques and file invoices and statements. Answering supplier queries and ordering stationery and other consumables monthly, you will reconcile / check supplier statements and manage petty cash.
We’re looking for an excellent communicator with solid team working skills and, ideally, experience in a Purchase Ledger role. We’d also like you to have good working knowledge of computers to include competency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
