Lettings Negotiator
Our leading and well respected client who is a property firm based in Central Swindon are looking to recruit a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join their team. They want the best in the business and will offer a fantastic overall package to get the right team member in place.

Purpose of Role
The successful candidate for this role will be working in our client's busy and successful branch. You will work closely with potential clients to ensure they are kept up to date with all possible properties that are for let. You will also ensure you have made your clients aware of any other available products.
The ideal candidate:
Be energetic, confident, well presented and organised
Have a professional attitude towards clients
Be target driven and self motivated
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Accurate, numerate and computer literate
Be a good team player but also have the ability to work off your own initiative
Preferably worked within a similar role to have a good knowledge of the lettings industry
Have a UK driving license
A successful Consultant is positive, professional and vibrant. They have lots of energy for life and are driven to meet targets and to push themselves towards more senior roles whilst having fantastic earning potential.
