Employee Relations Specialist

Bell Cornwall Recruitment currently have an AMAZING opportunity in the Sutton Coldfield are for an Employee Relations Specialist, to work within a small and high performing team. This role will involve complex cases, and the potential for fantastic career progression long term. If you are a specialist in this field this could be the role for you!
Key duties:
Managing a range of complex ER cases for multiple clients, managing their needs and maintaining relationships throughout.
Liaise with external parties as requested, including off site meetings and visits when needed.
Coaching and assisting business owners/managers with difficult employee issues.
Ensure the CRM system is maintained accurately and efficiently at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
HR professional qualification as desired, and/or a legal training course completion.
A wealth of generalist HR experience.
Sound judgement- the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions is key.
The ability to work to your own initiative and with confidence.Due to the nature of this role, a car driver is essential
