With experience of working in a talent and attraction role you will be working with a fantastic forward thinking business, a market leader in their industry.

Our client is looking for an experienced recruiter, with experience of managing PSL relationships and driving change and best practice, with a comprehensive understanding of applicant tracking systems and completing all associated recruitment administration tasks.

Portfolio HR & Reward are excited to be representing our west Yorkshire based client in their growing and developing business, utilising recruitment systems and recruitment software and CRM systems to track and manage al lrecruitment activity. Managing candidastes through the complete recruitment process, through offer and onboarding stages.

Responsibilities include;

* Recruitment across a broad range of roles and disciplines, volume recruoitment campaign management

* Creating and promoting the best candidate experience possible for applicants

* Building realtionships with internal managers and supporting with recruitment training

Management of CRM system and ATS

* Previous experience of working in a KPI/target driven environment would be highly desirable
* Proven experience of working within a talent acquisition role supporting with volume recruitment drives

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving performance driven environment
* Excellent communication skills.
