Cleaning Operatives
An expanding company, located in Great Barr, Birmingham that has been established since 1999 are seeking experienced Cleaning Operatives based in the West Midlands to join its team.

As a Cleaning Operative, your duties will be:
Completing Builders and a range of deep cleaning throughout the Midlands and occasionally across the country
Undertaking a large volume of builders cleans and construction/refurbishment clean-up works at developments throughout the Midlands.
Liaising with clients when on site
Maintaining equipment and vans
As a Cleaning Operative, your duties will be:
Experience in builders construction operative cleaning
A CSCS Card is essential
A full UK driving license, PASMA, and IPAF licenses would be advantageous
The availability to start work from 6:00 am when required and flexibility with working hours
You will receive a salary of GBP8.75 to GBP10.25 per hour depending upon experience plus a monthly bonus.
Applicants without CSCS card or experience will not be considered for the position
