Recruitment Resourcer Healthcare
Cardea Healthcare is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency providing home care services and staff into residential settings. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Uxbridge and provide support to the Care Co-Ordinator and Residential Consultant.
Job Summary
The main responsibilities of the job are to support your colleagues in sourcing and screening candidates. In addition, you would be responsible for staff training and compliance around DBS checks, referencing and providing support with supervisions and appraisals.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Administrative support work based around Microsoft Office and in-house databases.
* Contacting suitable CVs and candidates to vet for registration
* Liaising with and interviewing prospective applications and current staff.
* Advertising for positions and suitable candidates
* Provide candidates with information, advice and support.
* Ensure compliance with legislation in respect of confidentiality and record keeping.
* Contribute positively to team performance goals and maintain personal statistics for review.
* Identify, interview and register candidates and complete necessary checks to comply with standard regulatory procedures.
* Be prepared to undertake any other duties in line with the main responsibilities of the post at the request of your line manager.
* Maintaining training records for candidates and ensuing updates are done when required.
Person Specification
The following attainments and personal attributes are considered essential to the post of Resourcer:
* Self-motivated, responsible and able to act on your initiative
* Have resourcing/recruitment experience preferably in health care recruitment
* Be able to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills
* Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
