Title: Chef De Partie
Location: Somerset (Live-in Accommodation provided)
Salary: GBP19.260, 9.26 per hour
Hours: 40+ hours per week
Duration: Permanent
Do you have experience of working within a large volume catering environment in a hotel? If so, my client is a leading hotel group looking a Chef de Partie to work in an amazing hotel in Somerset.
We have a jaw dropping opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our client's friendly hotel catering team.
The role is available on a permanent, full-time basis, 40 hours per week, working the between the hours as described above.
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have experience in a similar environment
* Be a team player
* Have great communication and Interpersonal skills
Be organised and motivated
* Be enthusiastic with a willingness to grow and learn
Have a flexible approach to work and passion to progress
* Good culinary skills/passion for food
* Be able to follow direction from senior chefs and managers
* Can prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes on hotel menus as required thought your shift
* Can deliver exceptional food standards
Have the ability to deputise in the chefs absence
* Can ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
Have a cool head and embrace responsibility.
An ability to delegate appropriately
