Graduate Product Manager
A niche software solutions provider is currently looking for a Graduate developer to join their team and develop bespoke solutions and learn.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Requirement gathering; Questions and challenges the requirement from the customer.
- Solution definition and ballparking; Works alone, or with Product Owner and/or the development team to define the solution approach.
- Specification generation; Produces high quality specifications with, User Stories, Scenarios, Test Cases and well-defined features.
- Post-development queries; Responds to customer questions during the (customer) user acceptance processes.
- Process; Uses research and external learning, and any failures, to drive suggestions for process improvements.
Key Skills, Experience and Capabilities
Essential
- Educated to degree level, 2:1 and above, ideally something related to Computer Science or Mathematics
- Strong academic record overall, i.e. good A-Levels and GCSE's
- Strong analytical, numeracy and problem solving skills
- Training will be provided in-house so the main attributes the successful candidate would need to demonstrate are intelligence, articulacy and an aptitude in computing.
