General Insurance Account Manager - Salary up to GBP30,000 plus bonus based in Leamington Spa.
Working for a leading general insurer and financial services company that has been established for over 100 years delivering an award winning service.
As a General Insurance Account Manager within their growing team, you will be crucial to the success of an ambitious, expanding local business.
Managing a book of new and existing High Net Worth accounts, you will be responsible for delivering fantastic customer service and utilising your specialist knowledge for the benefit of your clients.
You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within High Net Worth insurance and use this to think creatively to offer bespoke solutions for your customer base.
This is a growing business and you will be expected to use your knowledge to help support agents and developers in attaching new accounts. You will also support the agents and office manager on continuous improvement and engagement, while helping manage a number of strategic campaigns.
Driven and efficient, you inspire trust in those around you and with your experience in a fast paced office/retail role, you know how to solve problems ad-hoc and display the characteristics of a senior team member.
