Customer Relationship Marketing Executive
Reach plc are on the lookout for a Customer Relationship Marketing Executive. Location is flexible, and the successful candidate can be based in Liverpool or Manchester, but there may be opportunity for candidates from further afield.
You will work as a member of the award-winning central Marketing team alongside regional sales teams to maximise the revenue opportunities from new and existing customers. They will be responsible for prospecting our best-in-class data sources to identify potential revenue generating opportunities and playing a part in the development of end to end marketing campaigns to support them.
The process for prospecting is well-defined and they will have access to market-leading software to identify businesses that could benefit from our portfolio of products. Once identified, they will consider the optimum way to nurture and convert the prospect. This could be via an email marketing campaign, a direct approach to the prospect or even a structured telemarketing campaign. It's a blank canvas for the successful postholder to make their mark.
The main focus of the role is the use of our CRM platform, Salesforce, to create and manage campaigns for our regional sales teams. You will determine if additional information is required to support the prospecting, such as marketing campaign support, and pass the identified prospects as a 'lead' to sales teams via Salesforce. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of the campaigns through reporting in Salesforce, either by using our predefined models or creating your own.
The location of the post will be in one of our regional offices across the UK.
We are Reach because it's what we do.

The role of the Customer Relationship Marketing Executive is to ensure that sales teams are provided with the information to make effective calls and ensure that the 'customer first' experience is promoted across the group. Salesforce, the group's CRM tool, is central to the role and they will use it to ensure sales teams contact business they have identified as leads within agreed timescales while measuring revenue.
They will liaise with their marketing colleagues to request presentations based on the knowledge they have obtained from deep analysis of customers' transaction patterns, lead generation and interpretation of website audit reports.
The Customer Relationship Marketing Executive is expected to provide management reports from Salesforce and other sources as required and monitor the timescales that agreed lead contact processes are implemented to.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a self-starter, able to structure their own workload and always having a dynamic approach to work. In order to do this role well, the ability to prioritise, work to tight, consistent deadlines and stay calm under pressure is vital. As the postholder will support the whole UK business, some UK travel may be required from time to time.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a similar industry, or in a B2B environment, and have some experience of sales and/or marketing. They will have the ability to positively drive performance improvement using an appropriate range of leadership, development and communication skills. Experience of using Salesforce CRM and producing reports using Microsoft Office is important.
