Assistant Building Surveyor
An international, dynamic multi-discipline property consultancy that operate across both Europe and America are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Building Surveyor to join their thriving Leeds office.
With an experienced team that has a proven track record of getting Assistant Building Surveyor through their APC the consultancy is able to give the successful surveyor a wide variety of instructions that will allow them to achieve the competencies.
The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be undertaking a variety of project and professional instructions including; contract administration, dilapidations, technical due diligence, project management and defect diagnosis.
The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will have;
BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
Ideally with 12+ months APC diary
Excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licenceIn Return, The Successful Assistant Building Surveyor will receive;
GBP26,000 - GBP34,000
Performance based bonus
26 days annual leave + 3 days over Christmas and New Year
Bank holiday
